And now… I received an email update from Can-Con, the\u00a0Conference on Canadian Content in Speculative Arts and Literature, AKA Ottawa’s literary SFF con. I’ve posted the email in its entirety, since it’s chock full of information about the con and what’ll be going on.<\/p>\n

So, why don’t you join me, eh? You can even vote for the Auroras, though you’d better get your butt in gear, as the deadline is Sept.13th. And yes, there is a voter packet with most (not all, alas) materials provided. And yes, you do have to be Canadian to vote (or at least a permanent resident of Canada).<\/p>\n
