We went to see a couple of theatre plays lately. I liked the one at the smallest theatre the most. Seeing actors’ faces up close makes for so much more personal experience.
I have been feeling very drained lately. The baby feels like he is doing well, he is kicking about a lot. If he continues like this, we will have to put a tracking device on him once he learns to crawl, otherwise we will never catch him.
Newborn babies are boring. They don’t even smile up until about 3 months. Babies under construction are even more so. They only kick every little bit. And yet, the parents manage to make a big deal out of every kick.
I was by myself this week because Chris had a conference to go to. Last night I was lying down feeling the baby kick and I did not feel alone at all. We make such big deal out of it. When we were at the doctor’s office a few days ago the baby kicked the Doppler device and we thought it was the cutest thing ever.
