It is too hot and mosquitoy to be outside. We have actually been hiding out in the basement for the last two days because the rest of the house is too hot. Because we have to run air conditioning to keep the house at livable levels I can’t even open windows to let the fresh air in. July is gross, I can’t wait for it to be over.

People complain about Canadian winters, but summers are way worse.

On the positive note, I got some knitting done.
